Gladspark ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game "Jelly Bubble Shooter". This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

We do not directly collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from our players. However, the game integrates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) which may collect data automatically:

• Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your Advertising ID (IDFA/GAID), device information, and approximate location to provide personalized ads.
• Google Play Billing Services: Used to process in-app purchases (e.g., removing ads). Transaction processing is securely handled by Google Play, and we do not store your credit card or financial info.

2. Local Data Storage

The game uses local storage on your device (LocalStorage / Android WebView cache) to save your game progress (achievements unlocked, highest levels reached, settings, ads removal status). This data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

3. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers/local registers.
